Input on prohibited AI systems

As coordinating supervisor on algorithms and AI, the AP has started with the preparation of the supervision on prohibited AI systems. The prohibitions apply from the 2nd of February 2025 onwards.

Citizens, governments, businesses and other organisations will be asked to provide their input on the prohibitions in the AI Act. We can use all the input to consider the necessary further clarification of the prohibited systems.

The AI Act sets out multiple prohibitions, that is why we will publish several calls.
