Input on prohibited AI systems
As coordinating supervisor on algorithms and AI, the AP has started with the preparation of the supervision on prohibited AI systems. The prohibitions have been in effect since the 2nd of February 2025.

Citizens, governments, businesses and other organisations will be asked to provide their input on the prohibitions in the AI Act. We can use all the input to consider the necessary further clarification of the prohibited systems.
The AI Act sets out multiple prohibitions, that is why we will publish several calls.
Previous calls for input
First call: manipulative and exploitative AI systems
In the first call for input, we adress two of the prohibitions in the AI Act: manipulative and deceptive AI systems (prohibition A) and exploitative AI systems (prohibition B).
