Call for input on AI systems for making risk assessments regarding criminal offences
The Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP), calls for input on a prohibition in the AI Act.
In this call for input, we adress the fourth prohibition of the AI Act: AI systems for making risk assessments regarding criminal offences. This document provides an outline of specific criteria for these prohibited AI systems while requesting (additional) input through a set of questions. Please provide your input by the 3rd of April 2025 at the latest.
