Memorandum of Understanding OPC-AP (English)
The Dutch Data Protection Authority (Dutch DPA) has concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Canadian Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC) on December 22nd, 2021.
This MoU is an updated version of the previous MoU between the OPC and the Dutch DPA from 2015.
An MoU is an international cooperation agreement. The aim of an MoU is to facilitate cooperation and joint research.
